1990.9-1994.7 西北师范大学地理系，获学士学位。

1998.8-2000.6 兰州大学自然地理专业硕士研究生。

2000.7-2004.6 兰州大学自然地理专业，获博士学位。

2004.7- 至今 兰州大学资源环境学院副教授。

科研 /Research Activities

近年来一直从事环境变化与人类活动关系的研究。具有较为扎实的第四纪研究的理论基础和充分的研究方法训练，又具有较为广博的考古和历史知识。对黄土高原西部全新世环境变化和人类活动的关系进行了非常有创见性的探讨。

目前主持的科研项目 :

国家自然科学基金项目：黄土高原中部全新世中期环境变化与新石器文化演进的研究（编号： 40401058 ）

主要为本科生开设《环境考古》课程。并为研究生讲授相关的专业基础课程。
